Beşiktaş-Istanbul and Izmit-Körfez Rotary Clubs

Participants:

7 boys and 7 girls, non-smoking, one from each country

Age:

16 - 21

Camp Location:

Istanbul and Izmit

Programme:

First week in Istanbul and second week in Izmit. There will be excursions to nearby places as well as swimming, sightseeing, and visits to museums.

Clothing:

Comfortable clothing suitable for warm weather.

Arrival:

Participants will be met at Istanbul Atatürk International Airport on Sunday, July 26, 2009.

Departure:

Departure will be on Sunday, August 9th. from Istanbul.

Official Papers:

Tourist visa to Turkey (where necessary).

Costs:

Return ticket to Turkey plus additional pocket money.

Insurance:

Participants should be insured against illness, accident and third party liability.

Information:

A detailed program will be given to the participants in June by the clubs in charge.
